Initial Nose: Light smoke, light spices, slight funk, lemon jam

Nosing after time: Cream, cinnamon and nutmeg come forward with mashed red apples, cream of mushrooms

Palate: Spices, light smoke, cinnamon, cream, green mangos

Finish: Vanilla remains with clove notes and nice earthiness

A really enjoyable dram that provides punchy flavour.
